This was my favorite meal during our time in Oaxaca. I expected seafood to be readily available everywhere, and was surprised when it wasn't. So, when I saw fish on the menu, I ordered it. It was cooked perfectly. Literally perfectly. We learned later that the chef had been trained in both NYC and Casa Oaxaca. The food preparation definitely showed how skilled she is, and I still can't believe what a wonderful meal we had for a fraction of the price we paid anywhere else in Centro. Two thumbs way up.

If you're in Oaxaca definately have to eat in this place! There's oaxaca food but also another options more friendly if you are a foreigner and your stomach needs a break from Mexican food.
